Surround yourself with Positive Energy

Positive Energy is unseen but can make a difference in your life and health.
Keeping negative thoughts away from you isn't that easy. It takes work and determanination to keep them away, but can be done. If you are surrounding yourself with people with negative energy who always sees the bad in everything that energy will flow over to you, making negativety part of you.
Everyone has known someone that is always negative always wanting to bring more people in their circle so that they can complain to more people. These people do not have the positive attitude You can not keep away negative feelings and thoughts if you are sourrounded by these types of people.
Positive energy is sourrounding you if you think happy thoughts, and positive thoughts. With positive energy you can accomplish more and have a better life. You have the power from within of that "can do" attitude. Nothing can really stop you from doing what you want in life with this attitude. You know what you want and what you need to do to achieve it. You see set backs not as failure but as a learning experience of how not to achieve your objective. Roadblocks are training blocks to you. Where roadblocks may stop most people, those with positive energy and attitudes will just slow down to go over them but then continue on their journey.
Here are some points worthy to always keep in mind:
1. The main thing to remember is that life is a circle. If you do good to others, others will do good to you. If you bring sadness in someone's life, it will come back to you. This is the circle of life.
2. Make a list of things that you want to achieve. Do you want to be sucessful in business, or to take a dream trip? You can if you visualize it often of you doing these things.
3. Picture yourself on the exotic beach and then make a plan of how you can achieve it. Then put that plan in action. But to get the plan to come together you can't get discourged when you hit the roadblocks on the way there.
4. Keeping the positive thoughts and the goodness inside of you will help you.
5. Write your goals on paper and carry it with you all the time, or place it in a place that you can see it often to keep you on track of your goals. Make a plan and check off the steps you have completed so that you see visually on how well you are doing.
Now back to the negative people in your life. As hard as it may be to see them less for your emotional sanity, you do have to get them out of your life or lessen your involvement in their life. They are in a rut, where they don't like their marriage, their jobs, and they feel stuck. No one is really stuck unless they want to be. They can change jobs and feel better about themselves. Just like you and me. I had negative people in my life, I felt sad allot not becuase my life was really that bad, but because I felt guilty if I was happy and my friends were sad and miserable. Once I got away from their negative energy, my life became happier, and the positive energy again flowed from within me.
1. If i have a negative thought, I make it a positve thought. Losing a job is usually hard, but I looked at it as a new beginning. You know that there are other good jobs out there, just because the place you owrked at closed down, and you no longer have a check coming in, it's not the end of the world.
2. My friend who was employed for 29 years at the same place, she lost her job, but within weeks found her dream job. Was she sad about losing her job? no, not really, she looked at it as an oppertunity to do what she wanted. It got her out of a rut of doing the same job day after day, that she is so much happier now.
3. She is living her dream. Was she negaitive about losing the job? No, she was relieved in a way. Knowing that nothing was going to stop her from doing what she wanted to do. She may be making less money, but she is happier, and learning the meaning of life, and looks forward to going to work everyday.
4. So even the things that seem bad at the time, can be turned into a positve thing.
5. Keeping positive feelings, and people in your life is the only way to keep positive energy sourrounding you. With positive energy sourrounding you, anything is possible.
6. Studies have even showed that people who are facing devastating illnesses that are positive often times recover faster than the people that give up after recieving the news.
