If you are about to buy your first bra, it’s best to go to a bra department store that has a special department that sells bras and underwear. This bra department is usually called the “lingerie department.” Ask to be fitted by a “lingerie specialist” (a professional who has special training in fitting bras). There is no charge for this service and having it done by a professional will make sure that your bra fits correctly. You will still need to try on different bra styles in the size that’s right for you because not all bras fit the same way. By doing this, you will find the bra that feels the best and also looks the best under your clothes.
Cup Size: Next, you will measure around your chest at the largest or fullest part of your breasts, called your “bust line.” You need to measure with your arms straight down, so ask someone you feel comfortable with to help you (like your mom, sister, or friend). Your Bust line Measurement will be higher than your chest (”under the breast”) measurement. Your Cup Size is the difference between your Chest Size and your Bust line Measurement Size.

1. Under Bust . Hold the tape snugly, but not tight and take the circumference under the bust. Add ether 4" or 5" to this measurement to make it an even number.
2. Upper Bust. Measure the circumference above the bust under the arms.
3. Full Bust. Measure the full bust circumference. Do not let the tape droop in back. You may need help to take this measurement correctly.
Every woman should wear a good bra, you shouldnt just pay attention weather your bra looks good. It has to fit as well. Your breasts need comfort and support, cause you have to work during the day and your breast follow you whereever you are.. Here are a few bra tips:
